Chiropractor Fairfield CT

Welcome to iMed Chiropractic. When we first opened nearly 20 years ago iMed Chiropractic was the leader in innovating integrated medical care in Fairfield Connecticut. Over the years Dr. Jeffrey M. Walczyk has evolved iMed Chiropractic from a convenient one stop shop for pain care to one of the most comprehensive physical medicine centers in Fairfield County. Today iMed Chiropractic continues to be the best in patient satisfaction and lead the way with our exclusive hands on team approach which continues to make iMed Chiropractic everyone's first stop for immediate hands on pain relief.

Dr. Jeffrey M. Walczyk chose Fairfield Connecticut to open iMed Chiropractic because he felt that Fairfield’s community deserved more than just another chiropractic office. With Fairfield, Conneticut’s diverse population of busy on the go families with active lifestyles Dr. Walczyk knew that the people of Fairfield, Connecticut would appreciate not just the convenience of comprehensive and integrated medical care but would also benefit from an integrated and hands-on team approach to pain care.

What We Offer

Working with iMed Chiropractic
will make a difference in your health.

Integrated Chiropractic Care

Like their MD colleagues chiropractic physicians assess patients through clinical examination, laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging and other diagnostic interventions to determine the best treatment options. They are known to be experts in treating neuromuscular complaints, biomechanical complaints, and the functional impairments of the skeletal system, especially extremities and the spine.

In an integrative setting chiropractic physicians can work in conjunction with other health care providers. Some of which provide medical treatment, others that provide pain care by relieving the musculoskeletal conditions and some that provide a better quality of life through nutrition and dietary recommendations.

Training of a Chiropractor

Chiropractic doctors go through a minimum of four years of schooling at a chiropractic college, generally preceded by an undergraduate degree in the basic sciences or several years of experience in a prior relevant health care field.

Students of chiropractic care must spend a minimum of at least 4,200 hours with their teacher, and a minimum of 1,000 hours of fully supervised clinical training with an instructor as they learn the appropriate diagnosis and treatment techniques to help heal your body and restore it to its natural, fully functioning state.

Our chiropractic team is ready to meet with you to discuss your needs. We will help to design a program that is right for you. We look forward to meeting you. Call today to schedule an appointment.
